About us
A Painting Crew Built Around Local Conditions
ClearCoat Painting is a house painting company based in Jupiter. Most of the homes we work on are concrete block with stucco, and they face the same forces year after year: strong sun that fades color on south and west walls, humidity that feeds mildew, salt air near the Intracoastal and the beach, and summer storms that arrive almost every afternoon. Those conditions shape how we work. We wash and treat surfaces before painting, fill stucco cracks so water cannot get behind the finish, and choose mildew-resistant and elastomeric products where they make sense. Inside the house, we protect your belongings, keep the work area tidy at the end of each day and talk through colors and sheens before anything goes on the wall. Our aim is simple: a clean, durable finish and a project that is easy to live through.

Clear Communication
You know the schedule, the products we plan to use and what to expect at each stage, including rain delays.
What kinds of painting do you do?
Interior and exterior house painting, cabinets, trim and baseboards, small commercial spaces, deck and fence staining, plus drywall repair, popcorn ceiling removal and pressure washing.
When is the best time to paint the outside of my house?
November through April is usually drier and easier to schedule. During the wetter months we start early in the day to finish before afternoon storms.
Do you paint stucco and concrete block homes?
Yes, they are most of what we see. We repair cracks and often recommend elastomeric or high-quality acrylic coatings for these surfaces.
How do you handle mildew?
We wash and treat mildew before painting and use mildew-resistant products, especially in shaded or damp areas.
Can you help with HOA color requirements?
Yes. We provide product details and color samples you can submit, and we wait for approval before exterior work begins.
Do I need to move my furniture?
We take care of moving and covering furniture in the rooms we paint. Fragile items and valuables are best put away beforehand.
Does hurricane season affect scheduling?
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. If a storm threatens, we secure our equipment and resume once conditions are safe.
